All burrito bowls and all fillings and toppings are gluten free. They use corn tortillas for tacos and chips. There is no wheat in the deep fryer so you are safe there as well. The corn tortillas are warmed on the same grill that we warm wheat tortillas so I recommend getting a burrito bowl and avoiding the corn tortillas depending on the sensitivity of your allergy. Let the grill guy know about your allergy when you order and they are fully equipped to handle it.
